Thus

   order, legal measure, mandate or court sentence;
- they do not collect data that would permit identification of the user (such as name and e-mail address) unless the user
   him/herself supplies them voluntarily and explicitly;
- they may use their own or third parties’ cookies, but only for the purpose of statistics.

INFORMATION SHEET AND FORM FOR OBTAINING CONSENT FOR USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Information Sheet pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and form for obtaining consent:
agreement and consent for personal data treatment by those having the right and the parties concerned in personal data treatment.

For the sake of clarification the following short definitions are given:
- treatment: any operation or series of operations, carried out also without the help of electronic equipment, concerning the collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blockage, forwarding, diffusion, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a databank;
- personal data: any information relating to a physical person or legal body, board or association, identified or identifiable, also indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number;
- interested party: the physical person, legal body, board or association to whom the personal data refer;
- anonymous data: data that originally, or following treatment, cannot be associated with an identified or identifiable interested party.

Legislative Decree N°. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Code on the subject of personal data protection") provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects in respect of personal data treatment.
According to the regulations indicated, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, legitimacy and transparence and protection of your privacy and rights.
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree N°. 196/203, therefore, we wish to inform you as follows:

1. the data you provide will be treated for legal obligations, and in particular with the following aims:
    - supply of hotel services;
    - tax and accounting duties;
    - preparation of Public Safety documents;
    - client databank.

2. Treatment will be carried out in the following ways:
-      all data will be collected and registered in a legitimate, correct manner for the aims indicated above and treated, also using electronic, or automatised, means and appropriate databanks, in terms not incompatible with these aims and, at any rate, in such a way as to ensure safety and confidentiality of the said data.

3. The granting of data is optional. Any refusal to supply such data might, however, entail the failure or partial execution of the contract or the end of the relationship.

4. Data will not be forwarded to other subjects, nor will they be the object of diffusion except as concerns legal obligations. Data may, in effect, be forwarded to delegates external to the facility (public boards, public accountants, employment consultants, public safety forces, etc.) to fulfil obligations required by law, regulations or Community rules.
