Cancellation Policy

BOOKINGS
Booking requests should:

  • be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or post); 
  • be guaranteed by credit card, as well as a deposit of 30% of the amount involved for the entire stay, as confirmation; 
  • show authorization to apply the clauses provided in the event of cancellation (cancellation policy).

CANCELLATION POLICY
A) Any cancellations should be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or post).
B) Bookings that are cancelled will be subject to the following penalties:
     B1) up to 30 days before arrival date no penalty will be applied;
     B2) from 29 to 3 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 50% of the entire stay booked;
     B3) from 2 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.

C) Any reduction in the duration of the stay will be considered a cancellation.
D) In the event of a no show or early departure your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked.
