BOOKINGS

Booking requests should:
                             
1) be sent in writing (by e-mail, fax or post);

2) be guaranteed by the payment of a deposit as confirmation, equal to 30% of the entire sum to be paid for the stay;

3) be guaranteed by credit card;

4) bear the authorisation for application of cancellation clauses envisaged (cancellation policy)
 

CANCELLATIONS  -  CANCELLATION POLICY

A) Any cancellations must be received in writing (by e-mail, fax or post).

B) Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as shown below:

     B.1) up to 30 days before arrival date, no penalty will be applied;

     B.2) between 29 and 3 days before arrival date, your credit card will be debited with a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay booked;

     B.3) from 2 days before arrival date, your credit card will be debited with a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked;

C) Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered a cancellation.

D) In the event of a "no show" or early departure, your credit card will be debited with a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked.
